Initial Consultations
Our initial consultations involve a detailed assessment of your current health status and goals to create a personalized wellness plan. Let's get to the root cause of why you are not feeling and living your best version of health. You will find out what is causing chronic illnesses such as diabetes, autoimmune issues, high blood pressure - just to name a few - and discover what your body needs to fix itself and become healthy again.
Initial consultations take about 90 minutes and can either be in-person or virtual (online). Participants MUST be in the state of Wisconsin at the time of virtual visit by law.

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet or hands which correspond to different organs and systems within the body.
This non-invasive technique aims to promote relaxation, improve circulation, decrease pain and enhance overall well-being by stimulating the body's natural healing process.
- 30- or 60-minute sessions available for hands, feet or combination
- Healing benefits from essential oils, sound frequency therapy and red-light therapy aimed at areas of need are included with no extra fees. These sessions are MUCH MORE than just reflexology!
$75 for 60-minutes or $40 for 30-minutes

We offer 2 reflexology packages to fit your needs. Your choice of FIVE 30-minute sessions or FIVE 60-minute sessions. It is your choice for each session if you desire reflexology on your hands, feet or both. This service can also be added to any of our consultation services.
